I'd like a buck for every rumour that's circulating the island, who knows whats gossip and what's reality. Just about everyone I talk to, be it guests at our restaurant, or tour guides, etc. etc. has a new gem.
The problem with gossip & rumours, is that they magnify the confusion.
Pretty well carbon copy of the days / weeks following 2002.
It'll be a while before we know the truth, and maybe there's a chance we may never know.
