On our holiday to bali prior to the last one, we had to change our Garuda tickets in Bali to return home early(unfortunately),death in the family.
We were charged AUD $275 cash per ticket to change the flight to an earlier one. This included a childs seat. I understand this is still the procedure.
Someone in the Travel industry may be able to help you with more rescent updates though.
