again to read this news. All of the staff were so very kind and friendly to both me and my grandson when we were there in April. I just told my grandson the sad news and his comment was 'was that the nice man who helped me fix my new necklace'. It brought tears to my eyes, yet again. I still wake and cannot believe that it has all happened again. Deepest thoughts to all the families and their friends.
