C I wish we were heading over then too, I have got a couple of favourite restaurants we could have a meal and a bintang at, plus you could meet our feral lot!!!I don't want to place any more extra pressure on you as thats the last thing you need however here's the twist...if you decide on a different location can you guarentee being any safer, unfortunately in this day and age probably not. And as you said if we worried about all of the things that could go wrong we probably wouldn't leave the front decking, having said that we totally understand your in a tuff spot as we were last year [we were there this week 2004] when the embassy bomb went off before we left, in the end we figured if it felt wrong we would just hang at the pool and have the occasional drink and meal, in the end we had the most enjoyable trip and never felt dodgey at any time, which is a real reflection on the Balinese people!!Best wishes and remember don't regret any decision you make as regret is the pits!!
