Yes as my mum said a friend and I, both 17, will be in Bali (29th nov-7th dec). I had no hesitations about going, and would have put up a bit of a fight if my parents did, but luckily they didn't. Well mum is going before me so it wouldn't be fair for her to go and not let me LOL. As to whether many around my age that have cancelled, i know of three friends (all the same age) from school who are not going anymore which is unfortunate because we were all going to meet up on one of the days. But no worries we will still have fun!
