victims. I purchased a bumper bar for my car, at the place where he worked, and he offered to fit it for me cheap after hours. He carried it to my car and put it in the back seat for me. He gave me his phone number.and told me to call. I was going to call him as I had a husband that was not very handy in doing these kind of jobs. But my husband insisted that he would do it himself. A couple of days later there he was on the news. How lucky was I!!!
