Hvaving spent many years living in Java, Ramadhan is a time of self control for the vast majority of muslims there. Dont be put off by scare mongers who have little knowledge of Islam, or even Indonesia. If you want to go, go. Bali's small Muslim pop are not a threat to anyone. The nutcasses responsible for the bombings are, it would seem, interested in publicity. Make your own decision.
