The easiest way we have found with the lowest fees is to open an account here in Perth, get the efpos card and pin number to the person in Bali and then you can deposit when it suits you and they can withdraw at any ATM in Bali. We have transfered direct to an Indonesian account but it costs $30 each time and can take up to 3 days for the funds to be available.
