i stayed at the dewi sri last october with a friend - had a superior room - nice and big - they tried to put me on the 3rd floor - no lift - but managed to get a ground floor bout 100m from pool - getting rooms near the pool is difficult. pool is ok - middle size but they had a bad policy on pool hogs - if you put your towel on a seat (this was happening bout 5.30am) then it was yours - even if you went shopping all morning and came back in the afternoon. of course i arked up bout this and had a few run in cause i moved towels- hopefully they are monitoring it better - staff are fabulous, rooms are clean, i emptied fridge no problem amd stacked my own stuff, had no trouble getting ice and brekky was great, location so close to everything so really enjoyed staying there and will go back. security was great 24/7 even tho you have to walk down a dim lane..... i am going out this MOn - staying at Surawathi this time - trying to get info on this place.
