We have been transferring with a Westpac ATM card AU$5 per monthly transaction but they recently told us they would charge $5 monthly just to operate the account. Checking today, ANZ Access Select Account has no monthly account keeping fees and the monthly transaction will still be $5. Bank change next week and the card will be carried to Bali by a friend. We have no affilliation with either bank but the info could be handy to some.
