The hotel was indeed the Ritz Carlton in Jimbaran Bay. The beach at the ritz was not the best, but we were a short ride from Dreamland Beach which was really great. The pool at the Ritz was wonderful, too (plenty of relaxation there).
The restaurant was part of a tour we did and Mt Kintamani was our stop for lunch that day. The view is so amazing it just doesn't even seem real. Even looking at the pictures now it looks fake, but believe me it was very real when we were there!
