Went down to Legian Road and Kuta today and it was quite busy...today all the BALINESE returned from their villages after Galungan (a period of two days of ceromonies which is most important to the Hindu religion). Now that the Balinese have returned the shops have reopened, tourists not being able resist the bargains and shopping, traffic was back to normal and great to see Bali functioning again.
