I live within walking distance of all the above restaurants and second Pak Jim's advice, these are all among my favourites.
I would also include "Resto Mings", virtually across the road from Massimo's. I fantasize about their imported fillet steak with a blue cheese sauce. Their service is outstanding and you get a lot of extra's, so don't go overboard with your ordering.
There is yet another place between Mings and the Bali Hyatt that recently opened, called the Freezer Box or the Ice Box?
The entire restaurant is inside a freezer and if I am not mistaken (will try it myself next week) the furniture is all made of ice. They give you a special coat made from NASA designed material to wear on entry. I have no idea what the food is like but it's definitely a novel idea for a restaurant here in Bali.
