At the moment, you can really only get birdflu by somehow swallowing infected bird faeces or saliva. Properly cooked chicken is safe to eat. Most of the cases are 1000kms away from Bali.
In a few years, after it has spread around the world and mutated to allow human-to-human infection, then you really have to worry.
