hi there . its relly hard now you need photo id at the bali end to get your money, wich most bali people do not have ,
I have given a atm card to my bali friend & tex her the pin she go's the 1st of each month & gets out her money . we don't send a full wage but enough to pay for food & rent so we no she is safe , this way she found another job also , now she is a head .
so may be one of the forum that is going over can take the card for you
we did it on a brand new account & told her not to check balance as that costs more & will be less cash to take out
