for those of you who responded to my questions i have just received confirmation from AP that they will give us 35KG per person (that's x 4 people) for our outband. they were great and I just used their "contact us" email address. I also found out their head office in melbourne is approx almost directly accross the road from my work (how unobservant am I!) so I will drop in a thank you card to them as they emailed me from there. thanks to all who advised.
