The New York City Police Department on October 6th is investigating what it has said is a credible tip that 19 operatives were deployed to New York City to place bombs in subways.
Security in the subways has been increased. Police are urging the public not to be alarmed because though the source is credible, the information reportedly has not been veified. Police were reportedly mobilizing at the Brooklyn naval yard.
