in advance but others may be able to assist better with this. From what I have read previously I think you can find a list of orphanages on the carry for kids website and then deliver yourself or drop off at designated drop off points throughout Bali. We actually take ours to a school in one of the poorest regions in Bali which is where our drivers family live. As far as transporting over AP's only request was that all charity goods be packed in separate bags and clearly labelled that they were charity goods with the name of the intended recipients school/orphanage if known. As we are only taking hand luggage for ourselves we are using all of the baggage allowance for charity goods. I have packed them into the blue, red and white striped bags sealed with a tampertell and labelled by printing out an A4 size page with "Charity goods and the name of the school". I then placed this page into one of the clear page protectors that you use in A4 ring binders and stuck to outside of bags (one side only) with clear packing tape.
Hope this helps
