vacinations

HI all, I'm travelling in November and was wondering if it is nessacary to have vacinations prior to departure. your help will be greatly appreciated. Also we are staying at the Grand Istana Rama, has anyone stayed there before, would love some feedbak on what it is like!!! Cheers
