What would stop you going to Bali?
Now while I accept that most on this Forum are one eyed Bali and won't hear anything bad about the place,... but truly some of the comments made make me wonder at just what point would some of those diehard Bali supporters say i've second thought of going to Bali
Now early some threads were started by members asking the question if Bali was a part of Australia could we protect it from terrorism better than the Indonesian,....... An unbelievable statement,..and if those thinking even hypothetically where serious a reality check is in order..... I was actually about to reply just in case the question was genuine, but I see the mods have deleted them...
So i'll ask the question,.. for the die hards what would stop you going to Bali,.. that includes some event that may happen to make you atleast defer travel for a while..????
My bet is that even if any of the following was predicted or happened some on this forum not only would still go but condemn those that didn't
Mount Batur erupting?
A major earthquake,...?
A tsunami?
A local branch of JI holding a parade of suicide bombers through the streets of Kuta with backpacks saying this is a bomb?
They put a ban on alcohol?
The price of all alcohol being double that of at home?
A special for the females: they stopped braiding hair?
Now the ban or price of on booze would deter the most if not all,...and even if all the others mentioned above happened at the sametime , as long as it didn't destroy all the bars and disrupt the supply of Bintang,... the diehards would still be going and advising all others that the place's safe and a great holiday..
