We researched through the Lonely Planet website, SE Asia mainland. Also found the Lonely Planet guide book good value. We knew many people who had been so milked them for info.We travelled Saigon to Hanoi, taking in the Mekong, Sapa & Halong Bay. Absolutely loved it & will go back soon, but our heart is in Bali. The main problem is the traffic, it's unbelievable. You soon get the hang of it though.
