nusa dua has had pretty good security even before oct 2nd.
on oct 2nd there was a major japanesese community event held there which required 4 security checks to get all the way in.
there were 2000 people there and it might have actually been a target but once checked by the baddies ,impossible to get into ...
there is already a theory going round that it was the target but jimbaran became the next choice when it was evident the nusa dua event was too hard to get to. maybe true ?
