I would love to go but am still uncertain as i have a teenage son who I know will go night-clubbing most nights. - that is my only concern at the moment. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night due to worrying about him. A parents instinct! Hubby has the same thoughts at this time too. Son's wish is a trip to Bali in leiu of a 21st Birthday Party here. At least we still have a few more months to decide.I haven't asked my son of his view of travelling to Bali again as yet.Even though we would book him his own room, we would still lay awake in our room wondering what was happening-"out there".
The world has gone mad!It's a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, so what ever decision we make - our family comes first. I , like many others will trust in my instincts when the moment comes. As for now- my heart goes out to the people of Bali. They are such beautiful people- everyone's holidays helps to put food on the table and educate the children. I want to go ahead with our travel plans for 2006 but must consider my family's safety. I hope and pray sincerely (as I am sure many others do )for the future of our favourite destination.
