I did the same thing after the Oct 02 bombings when this forum went to hell. I just gave it a miss for a few months till it all calmed down again.
I've been doing much the same the past few days. Instead of popping in throughout the day to read up, I'm coming in rarely and skimming past most of the posts. I think I'll let it all die down again for a while myself.
