cancellation fees

Because of my fear of taking my three children and husband to bali and having them witness the terrible goings on in Bali I tried to cancel my trip
their reply (garuda and travel agent)
sure but it will cost you 1111.00 plus 550 deposit being held against future travel
so much for compassion
