I can't totally understand your wifes hesitation - we have decided to keep our holiday plans but so many people have told us how stupid we are and it does put a small doubt in your mind but we have been promising our boys this holiday for ages and have been preparing them for what to expect and to now say 6 weeks before No we are not going would devistate them.
I can't understand people still going but leaving the kids. If it is still safe for the adults why not let the kids enjoy it too. If you consider you may be at risk why go... if anything happens to you then the kids are left without you anyway.
I think as long as we are all together what will be will be.
Anyone reading this who doesn't agree don't bother sending your opinions, I have heard it and read it all already! As far as opinions go - each to their own.
