have just spoken to ticketing office in Perth.
News has just come out that travellers with tix issued before October 1st have two options.
A) defer travel - may incur additional taxes or costs due to airfare increases.
B) full refund if tix returned by Oct 18th
Am yet to confirm this with travel agent but this is what I was told.
