I think the reason they appear light (those cancelling and returning early from Bali) after the school holidays which finished IN SOME STATES (well Vic Government schools at least) just after the attack october STARTS TO GO quiet as far as Aussie Tourist in Bali.
Most of the ones with kids would've been booked to return last weekend for kids to start school on monday, (ATLEAST THOSE FROM VIC)....when ALL school holiday finish (EARLY OCTOBER) Bali's off peak for Aussies,....so NUMBERS WOULD START TO THIN FROM LAST WEEKEND
Just on 1000 (on Qantas) have returned early and maybe more depending on seat availability,.. Qantas does have seats available on regular flights coming back from Bali now THAT SOME school holidays are over,..and will decide today if more special flight are needed.
Also i've no figures on Air Paradise on Garuda,...
After the end of october holidays Bali goes quiet in general (specially with Australian tourists) until just after Xmas
