...about being flamed. Like I said, it's of no consequence to me if people oppose my views, I dont think I'm PUSHING them onto others but I had to burst forth and say it. And I did.
Will I go? Well, this is the situation. We have discussed the possibility of going to another destination but now cant decide where. Will it be another destination in Asia? Will that be just as 'dangerous' as Bali? I only have a couple of weeks hollies so it needs to be relatively close. Maybe Hawaii? Husband doesnt want to go to Fiji. Sooo, the short answer is we will probably go to Bali. Waiting on our travel agent to tell us what the options are and yes, the money situation will play a big part in what we do and yes, I'm fully aware that money should not determine if I get blown to smithereens but the truth is, it does and again, I'm not afraid to say it.
I dont have little children who depend on me (grown up son only) but I have elderly parents and I have siblings and a large family, as does my husband. I'm extremely pragmatic (to the point of being annoying, so people tell me) so have ensured my will is updated, have determined how much debt I will leave my son (none, by the time he sells our house and stuff, he will be fine) so I figured that I'm not putting anyone out really, my siblings have plenty of others to "play with" and my parents have plenty of other kids so it will be just two less chairs for Christmas lunch! Ha, of course a bit of that was said "tongue in cheek" so its not like I want to put myself in extreme danger but I honestly believe, if your numbers up....its up.
