the aust gov pickes up the bill if you are injured due to terrorist activity (our taxes). you still need insurance for all the normal travel stuff, replace lost travel doc/missing suitcase/stolen stuff/flights cancelled/medical costs (normal holiday accident)/liability etc. thats how i think it works...jon
