worried, I'd say just go. It seems, from some websites, that hotels are not experiencing too many cancellations (I think the figure was 30% from memory).
As your daughter wanted to show off Bali to her brother, and he is in to the activites, I'm sure they'll still be on. And, without meaning to sound cheap, they'll probably get good deals over there. Or at least more attention!
