Had a package sent to us in Bali, which we didn't receive. The sender had registered it as it contained a gold plated cigarette lighter. On checking it's location, she was told it was in Sydney and they "would make sure it was sent on to Bali". She told them to return it to her in Perth. On receipt, guess what? Yep, no gold cigarette lighter. So, it's not just the Indonesian side that can be dodgy. Send the cash by Western Union.
