One point, though. People are comparing C*rby's sentence with Bashir. Whether we like it or not, the evidence to date is sufficient to prove her guilt. I'm still waiting for the fingerprints to be checked as I'm in two minds of her guilt. That is beside the point. Based on evidence presented she is guilty.
Based on evidence for Bashir, he was guilty of the crime with which he has been imprisoned. Unfortunately, there is no evidence of what many people believe is his position in JI. So he can't be convicted of that. Please remember that the Indonesian government had arrested him on immigration charges prior to these latest ones and couldn't get them to stick. They've been trying to put him in jail since Soeharto's day. It's a miracle that they managed to get him convicted for as much as they did!
