Dunno thommo, if keeping eyes open a bit more would help me.
If I were in the loo at a restaurant or engrossed in my food or a good conversation, i'm not sure if i'd notice someone throwing something, and if i did if i'd even have the time to get away.
Or if i'd know a car parked outside in the street was rigged with bombs.
Could it happen anywhere? Of course. Just some countries seem to be better targets than others.
