I've done a check around and found Flight centre have had a steady stream of inquiries about cancellation fees,.as well as cancellations......Qantas have said they've plenty of seats available now and November-Dec,....cancellations have come in for Jan,...but it's only early days as most booking for Jan on have only paid deposits,... they're expecting heavy cancellations....
Remember late October through to late December are generally quite time in Bali,...
My contacts in Tourism in Bali are expecting it will be as bad if not worse than what happened after the bombing in 2002,... also the fact that the Government announced an increase in fuel costs of some 87% will lead to a price hike in just about everything in Bali,...
The outlook within the industry ,if getting an honest opinion that is,.... it's not good
