People who knew are cowards!!

I am very angry at the Australian & Balinese that KNEW of some bomb threat on particular nights in kuta and didnt bother telling authorities, how cowardly and selfish are you all.. Those innocent lives could have been saved if the so called "RUMOUR" got back to them as well.. How Dare you not share life with them..
