The very fact that security will be stepped up in places like Kuta, would mean that any further attacks could be focused on places like UBUD,.... they have many isolated hotel locations,. a busy main street and monkey forest road lots of restaurants in a busy area..
If another attack's planned in the near future UBUD would be a likely target,.. I wouldn't think UBUD would be any safer
