Hi. Last time I went to Bali I took teabags for a friend and his family. They always reuse the tea bags over and over as they are a bit of a luxury. It is an inexpensive and light gift to carry.
For the orphanage, clothes are always needed along with toiletries. It is probably better to buy the toiletries in Bali as they are inepensive eg. soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo etc. Lollipops are enjoyed also.. take a couple of big bags to ensure there will be enough for everyone!
