We leave next week with my 13 yo grandson. There was no decision for us to make for ourselves it's a given that we still go!! My grandson is a different proposition though. Not our choice to make. Unusually for me I didn't try to voice my opinion and didn't make any promises about this not happenning again or whatever but left it to him and his Mum. Currently, he is still coming but it's fine if they change their mind.
If he comes I plan to avoid any crowded places etc. and I don't think you can do much more than that.
19yos though, God you can't exactly nail their feet the hotel lawn can you. Don't envy you that one. Good luck.
