We have just returned, after staying 2 months in Sanur and have our own private villa, however you could try Gazebo, Peneeda View or Respati (which has just been fully renovated) Besakih is being renovated the dining areas at least and Grya was full of europeans whether this has changed now I don,t know, another option is Shanty which is owned by the Grya family and is right on the beach is very nice. Good luck with it and have fun. Sanur is very safe.
