Yes it is very frustrating. I'm a travel agent and it is always hard to explain to clients that refunds take so long from international wholesalers. Some are very fast but others take so long and have to continually chase them. Suggest you contact your travel agent on a regular basis and ask her to send a chaser to the wholesalers.
