All people working in Bali will be affected by this - not just the shopkeepers, etc, in the area. Because the island mostly runs on tourism, the bombing will cause a domino effect on people right across the island. Yours is a very good idea which hopefully will be acted on, starting with the most needy (the ones that have been directly affected) and then continuing with the ones not directly affected.
