And didn't say it was... But... In 2002 - that was the feeling I got. It probably comes from Locals (or Balinese as well) but being a young(ish) male, there was insensitivity after the Sari/Paddy's bombings.
Nothing to suggest this will occur again.
But when your walking down the street with tears streaming down your face... You don't need smartarses' sitting around smoking calling out "BOMB" or "BANG".
We all have locals we love... And we have those that are too be avoided as well.
