what I,m saying is that a few people knew some thing was going to happen
they probably didnt know the exact time or place but yes they knew prior to the bombing, on the news two tourist were warned by locals not to go out to certain areas on the night of the bombing the locals had heard it from a nightclub bouncer , the tourists reported it to the federal police.
