If we don't, the locals suffer...These extremists see Bali as hedonistic and un-Islamic (presumably) so if there's no-one on the beaches, in the bars and restaurants, the Balinese are much safer from being attacked (and let's not think that we are the only targets here). Tough one, we were about to book for my husband's 40th in December and always said it wouldn't put us off but the reality is that you have to consider if it's worth risking life and limb (literally) for a holiday. Perhaps there is a way we can send money over there to help the people? Any suggestions?
