First upfront my conclusion. There will, in all probability, be no further suicide bomb attacks in the immediate future.
Why not ??? Because, unless already planned, these attacks take time planning. Also, as a result of the recent attack, there will be heightened security. Further, since most tourists are leaving, the targets would be fewer.
Now, to answer your specific query regarding Id attacks. From what I've gathered, the vast majority of tourists going to Bali for Ramadan are Javanese Muslims. I doubt the terrorists would take a chance with sooo many more Muslims around. Btw, Ramazan, as we call it in India, falls on the 5th of November...a bit too early, in my judgement, for another attack.
However, I could be dead wrong. Please decide for yourselves, considering your own situations and temperaments. All that I am saying is that, imho, an imminent attack seems very unlikely.
