I've just spoken to my wholesaler who has advised that Air Paradise are offering full refunds for travel up to and including 16 October. They have not made a decision for travel after that date as yet as it is a public holiday in Sydney. Most wholesalers will also not charge any fees - accommodation is up to the individual property. I'm booked for Melasti from this Sunday and their policy is 72 hours prior, so I have until Thursday to make final decision. Refunds when booked through a travel agent and/or wholesaler will take up to 9 weeks for refunds to be issued. (Yes I am a travel agent, so have the correct information).
