We are not due to fly out until the 16th November, and it is very hard to make at decision in the current wake of events. Luckily for us, we still have a few weeks to sit down and think about it. But at this stage, we still plan to go and take our 3 kids (under 10).
We have been looking forward to this family holiday for many months, and to cancel would be heartbreaking for the kids. They don't understand the risks; we have already spoken to them about the bombings (they are seeing it on all the newsflashes... very hard to avoid!) but we have told them we will decide in a little while.
Same dilemma everyone faces.
Don't want to cancel
Don't want to put us or our children at risk.
Best to wait until the dust settles, and then decide.
