the western union that the others said is good, but alas they now need photo id wich very few bali people have
we have a family that we sponcer over there & i took her a westpac eftpos card ,told her the pin & how much to take out on the 1st of each month
it costs $8 to use the card & its all ways there for her we dont send heaps but enough for the basics
so if you can get a card to them may be that person you where going to send cash with can take the card for you
