Hi we cancelled our 2002 Oct trip to Bali and Garuda refunded the entire amount within a week. We even got our insurance money back. I am not sure if they will do this again but we recieved every cent we originally paid. We were not out of pocket at all. Good luck with it:)
My husband and I leave for Bali Wed 5th Oct even though our entire family is screaming for us to cancel.
